By generating awareness and education about the impact of prostate cancer and those at risk, we can engage men and their loved ones to have meaningful discussions about a topic most men generally don’t want to discuss — their prostate health. Our vision is to have every man we encounter undergo prostate cancer testing and to talk with their doctor about reducing prostate cancer risk.

The statistics speak for themselves

One in eight men will encounter prostate cancer in their lifetime. And every 20 minutes a man we love loses his life to prostate cancer.

ProstAware is working to improve those statistics. We are the primary benefactor for the Georgia Prostate Cancer Roundtable. In partnership with the American Cancer Society and the Georgia Cancer Control Consortium (Department of Health), the Roundtable brings together stakeholders throughout the state to reduce the impact of prostate cancer through improved screening, diagnosis, treatment, support, access to care, and survivorship.
